Videocon V1750 Dual Sim Touch Screen phone review

Posted by webmaster Friday, April 2, 2010

First, it has a 3.2 inch TFT full touch screen along with Dual Sim (GSM+GSM) option, one that is most wanted today in India with ever decreasing calling rates.

It has a motion sensor which automatically changes the wall paper, shuffles music and a G sensor that automatically rotates the screen menu horizontally or vertically according to your use.

It has a standard 3.5 inch headphone jack with adjustable equalizer containing options like Jazz, Pop, Hip hop, Classical, Rock etc. An addition to this is the Bass booster option.

It has an FM Radio with recording feature and can play songs in mp3, wma, aac,wav formats and videos in avi, mpeg4 and 3gp formats.

The external memory of the phone is expandable up to 8GB giving you plenty of space to load all your songs, videos and pictures or use it as a mass storage device.

The camera is a 3.2 mega pixel one with LED flash and Auto focus. An addition, again, to this is an Image editor option, with which you can edit the picture in various ways like adjust the colour, contrast, brightness, reduce red eye even before transferring the pictures to your computer.

When it comes to connectivity, it supports Quad band GSM, has GPRS and EDGE capabilities besides Bluetooth streaming option.

For security, this one has got mobile tracking option with which you can track your mobile from any where in case it is found missing.

Another cute little feature, which you may have already be using in your Nokia phone by installing a software called call cheater, is the Background noise simulation option which produces different background sounds like in an Airport, Theatre, Railway station etc while you are talking, giving you a chance to ‘pose’ as if you were a busy person :D

You get 2 styluses, a car charger, data cable, wired headset, pouch, charger along with the V 1750 handset.

All this for only Rs.9795. Remember, this is not any Karbonn mobiles, Micromax mobiles etc (with due respect to both of them), but is a product from Videocon.
