Android 2.3 update is now available for the upcoming Spice Mi-410 smartphone, though unofficially
There is a good news for all the Spice Mi-410 owners and also for those, who are planning to buy this amazing handset. The latest Android smartphone by Spice - the Mi-410 - was launched in the Indian market just a few weeks back and now it is ready for Gingerbread upgraded.
However, this update is not provided officially as of now, but the users can still enjoy the latest Android version via unofficial sources. The new Spice Mi-410 Android 2.2 Froyo based handset can be Gingerbread ready by downloading it from Internet and it will work fine, as per the online reports.
For getting this update, you need to exercise a little caution though, as by downloading this you may end up rendering the warranty inapplicable.
Some of you might be already knowing that your Mi-410 is originally Huawei Ideos X6. The handset has been released in number of countries with different names. Recently one of its variants Cherry Mobile Magnum HD has got the official Gingerbread update.

Spice version of Anfroid Gingerbread 2.3.4 has a bug. On installing and starting the mobile it POP’s up a error message every few seconds. The error is the application com.android could not close. Please force close the application
