Spice Mobiles launched a touchscreen Phone called S7000 in India. It is full touchscreen GSM phone and is priced at Rs. 7499 in India. The latest news is that it is tied up with Disney India and provides exclusive contents from the movie Prince of Persia- sands of time. The unique selling point of this mobile S7000 is that it can play the videos in all formats and thus you do not need to convert it into specific formats. It has a 3.2 inch WQVGA touchscreen, WAP GPRS, 3.3 megapixel camera,digital surround sound an even unlimited phone book memory and 1000 sms memory. t is also equipped with Bluetooth V2, FM Radio,Java, incoming call guard and email facility. Its camera is really good and the phone can also record videos at 15fps but the resolution of the recording has not been given. But the camera does not have a flash. As stated earlier the phone can support any types of video formats like MVB, FLV, WMV, AVI, MP4, 3GP, MOV, DAT and RM. It supports 720P videos as well.
It has 19 MB internal memory but the it can be expanded till 16 GB with a T-flash card. The battery is also quite good as it has an 880 mAh battery that can be used for 3.5 hours of talk time and in standby mode for 220 hours.It also has answering machine, mobile modem, GPRS/EDGE and Delby sound support. It is also equipped with many browsers as well as internet social media like Opera, Yahoo messenger, Facebook, Nimbuzz, Ibibo,Vuclip, Wapedia etc. And with the price at Rs 7499, it is really affordable.
