“The telco is offering free SMS and data usage plans for its customers during the World Cup 2011”
With the Cricket World Cup around the corner, Sistema Shyam TeleServices Limited (SSTL) has rolled out a slew of offers for its voice and data customers.
MTS prepaid voice customers, on an easy recharge of Rs 252, will get a talktime of Rs 300. In addition, they will also get as many free SMS as the runs scored by India in each of its matches. These free SMSes can be sent by customers to any number in India.
Customers using MTS mobile broadband service, MBlaze, can recharge with the special world cup pack starting from Rs 497 to get 5GB data usage free. Additionally, they would win 250 MB data usage free whenever India wins during the ICC Cricket World Cup. If India wins all its matches, including the final, MBlaze customers would win over 2 GB data usage free.
